I am an American portrait photographer living with my family in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, about 30 miles north of Chicago.

After a completing my master's degree from the DePaul University and starting a career in marketing research, I discovered photography and found it offered me the creative outlet that I was looking for my entire life. I enjoy the artistic as well as the technical component of photography, but mostly I enjoy meeting new people and using portraits as a means to learn about them and hopefully provide my clients with something they can look back on for years to come.

I specialize in conceptual and editorial portrait photography where my aim is to approach each shoot with a fresh and creative point of view.

I try to create images using a variety of tools and techniques, including lighting, costuming and post production. I strive to create something different than just plain old photos. I want to bring about original concepts, and am always evolving my style to do so.

Through this site I hope to work with hairstylists, wardrobe stylists, and models who want to collaborate to turn ideas into reality and create some seriously awesome images.
