Hey there! My names Kate and I'm a makeup artist! I do bridal, fashion, spfx, body paint and more! I've loved makeup since I can remember however I didn't start training professionally untill 2 years ago! I studied my Cert. II in retail skincare and makeup (I was 15, I'm crazy right?!) and a cert. III In beauty therapy. Last year I trained in Cert.II in Skills for Work and Training. I also did work experience at Latonas Makeup, a few formal and semi formal makeups and a short student film called The Fuzz. This year I'm studying a cinemagraphic diploma (film makeup) and I'm loving it! I'm also working on 3 films this year, 1 student and 2 short Australian films. They are Dead Drops, Empty Cradle and The Cure. As part of my diploma I will be completeing many photoshoot assessments over the year including, prosthetics, wounds, historic and more.

My dream is to move to NY, work in a beauty counter for a while to save money then get into doing some big films around the world! My biggest makeup inspiration is Rick Baker.
I'd love to build my portfolio more.
