Great look, Brittany! Your requirement of a CD of ALL shoots at the end of the shoot is likely driving all the good photographers away. Amateurs, who don't care about their work, may do it, but the results will show. Good photographers don't give out all unfinished work to represent them, and will give only the selected and edited best of their work, so they will just pass you by. Aim for quality over quantity!
