About Me

I'm Michael and I like to make photographs.

That's it.

No pretentious desire to make a difference in the world, no political or social justice cause to promote, nothing. No ambition to become the next big name that everybody constantly repeats for the next 100 years a la Bresson, Adams etc.

I enjoy the creative process. I like the technical and artistic challenge of constantly improving my work. Sure I'd like to make money from it, to fund better gear and travel, but whatever.

I just like making photographs.
