About Me

I'm now located in Jamestown, New York. However, I do visit Mentor at least 2-3 times of a month.

Well this update is long overdue. After spending 17-years as a public affairs specialist (combat photographer and journalist) for the United States Army... I'm now retired. I specialize in action photos, but am also good with portrait, studio and other generalized photography.

In addition to photography- I'm also a design layouts and captioning or writing specialist.

I've developed and produced slideshows, magazines, newspaper and other print/photography publications for the federal government and the U.S. Army.
Several of my articles and photos have been published by major publications in the United States such as TIME, Soldier of Fortune and the New York Times. I’ve also been contracted to work with some of the greatest legends of mixed-martial-arts to include: Ken “the world’s most dangerous man” Shamrock(UFC,WWE) Rich “the ace” Franklin(UFC) and Brian “the predator” Rogers(Bellator) with photography and video support for live- appearances and fundraising endeavors.

As I’ve stated before, not only have I worked for the Department of Defense, but I get a ton of side jobs from various companies, non-profit organizations, or as a hired-independent photographer/journalist.

What does this mean to you as a model?

As a general rule I don’t waist models time…this means if I contact you… it’s for a client that I’ve been hired by and It’s a paid position, that doesn’t mean it’s a lot of money, but it does mean it will be published or used in a marketing endeavor, which will help build your resume and portfolio and put a little “change in your pocket” for your time and energy. If I contact you that means I've seen something in you, I or my client likes, and I and they want to work with you.

What can you expect of me during a shoot?

You can expect me to be flexible, honest and open-minded. I’m very reasonable in my rates if hired for a shoot, or a package layout, and I will do whatever I can to meet and exceed all expectations for whomever I'm working for and with.
.
Additionally, while I can do "soft-light shoots" or "in-house" studio sets, I prefer to do them outdoors or in a staged environment which is tailored to whatever theme you, my clients or charitable organization is looking for.

I also believe in giving "amatuer" "newbies" a shot, but if you no-show me one time without a phone call, you'll never work with me or for me again. Like I said before, If I pay you, no matter the ammount, I expect you to uphold your end of the deal and act as a professional because I am.
That being said, I'm always willing and enjoy working with experienced models, and while on set I'm always open to listening to the models input, or any ideas he or she may have, I prefer a "teamwork" approach to any shoot we do two -
heads are better than one, and if your happy, I'm happy and together if we can make mine and our clients happy that usualy means RETURN WORK FOR US!

I’m married to my one and only wife now for 17-years! We have six kids, yep that’s right six little eating machines that keep me 44-years young. That being said, if you’re a female model, I prefer you bring an escort along with you to keep us both honest, and accountable, but if you can’t I can arrange someone to come at no-charge.

NOTE: If you’re a non-for-profit- 501-3-C organization, and it’s a cause I truly belive in, I have ways to fund, produce and print both video and print products for you at no cost, that includes any models we may use. I have a soft spot for YMCA's and such.

Any questions feel free to call me at 440-749-9719 or email me at [email protected], please keep in mind I’m 2 hours behind the East coast for a few more months.
