I have a professional camera, accessories and lighting.

Additionally, I am looking for models (adult or mainstream) models who are looking to transition into mainstream acting or actresses who are looking for additional opportunities to connect with a producer with upcoming projects.

BIO
Film Producer / Philanthropist / Activist / PATRIOT /
Mr. Caine, an independent producer,  is C.O.O for G. Anthony Joseph's Tritan-Northstar Entertainment. He works on securing financing & structuring financial models for their upcoming slate, supervises the planning, budgeting, control of operating and capital expenditures and oversees all legal and finance.

He is a highly unique professional whose diverse background is a blend of business management, entertainment production, accounting and international finance. An effective communicator and negotiator who possesses exceptional analytical, interpersonal, project, and team management skills.  He learned valuable insight into the structure and process of studio production and distribution.

Mr. Caine lived all over the east coast including, New York, Washington, DC, NJ, PA and Florida and relocated to Los Angeles in 1990 determined not to spend another winter in the cold of New York City where he was studying acting and dance and doing the audition circuit.  Shortly after moving to LA his friend Robert Crutchfield who was Sr. VP in Television Publicity at MCA/Universal Television got him in the door of the mailroom.  Quickly setting his career sights on production and finance he left the mailroom for a job in Universal Pictures Distribution accounting, started college where he learned an Associates Degree in Economics and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in finance.

He spent six years in various capacities at MCA/Universal serving his last three years in production finance and accounting with Universal Pictures. While there, he worked on pictures such as Schindler's List, Happy Gilmore, Daylight, Casino, Apollo 13, The Lost World, Waterworld, 12 Monkeys and Babe. He also analyzed and tracked costs for all of the production companies that had production deals with the studio. These companies included Ron Howard's Imagine Entertainment and Steven Spielberg's Amblin Entertainment. He prepared motion picture cash flow analysis, Talent Term Deal monthly and quarterly schedules, analyzed Talent Term Deal contracts to determine actual costs and appropriate flat advances. He prepared Gramercy Pictures' quarterly financial packets and reported MCA's interest to senior management. He budgeted all Talent Term Deal costs and was responsible for all inter-company transactions with Universal Pictures and other Divisions of MCA, which totaled over one billion dollars.  He learned valuable information about corporate restructuring during the sale/merger to Matsushita and then Seagrams.

In addition to working full time at Universal and going to school at night he optioned his first project, a book entitled "Stones and Stars", (a fish out of water set in Ireland) with Mr. Crutchfield from Universal.  They began developing the project and Mr. Caine started his first production company Caine Entertainment and opened offices in Santa Monica hiring only an assistant and a development VP to work with writers on several projects.

He left Universal to focus on raising financing for his projects and eventually took a job as a Senior Accountant for Metro Goldwyn Mayer where he oversaw all television production and development spending and reporting for episodic television and movies of the week. He also worked on feature projects including Man In The Iron Mask, Ronin, Dirty Work and The Bond Films to name a few.  He was also involved in much of the due diligence during the time MGM went from a private company to a public company.  He  transitioned from his fulltime position at MGM for a consulting job with clients including MGM, Castle Rock Entertainment, several NBC TV shows and small production companies.

After leaving MGM, Mr. Caine was critical in the merger of Spelling Entertainment with Paramount and Viacom. Working in the Strategic Planning and Analysis department, he was responsible for overseeing all budgets for the TV shows and features as well as departmental budgets for all of Spelling Entertainment. The multimillion dollar restructuring and merger took well over a year to close and came in on schedule and on budget.

Mr. Caine's extensive background and experience has allowed him to acquire the knowledge needed to set up and make independent productions that are of high creative content and make sense for the financiers from a fiscal standpoint. In 2005 he produced with producer G. Anthony Joseph & Tritan Northstar Entertainment, his first feature film, THE ELIMINATOR, which starred Michael Rooker and was also consulting producer on Tritan-Northstar Entertainment's 2008 award winning feature film "CONTRACT KILLERS", (http://www.newswiretoday.com/news/43656/) which starred Nick Mancuso. Contract Killers went onto win several film festival awards (http://www.buzzine.com/2010/02/g-anthony-joseph-interview/) and was eventually picked up by First Look Studios for a Jan 2009 USA domestic release.  Contract Killers can now be seen on Showtime, TMC and Starz cable network.

There is no doubt that Mr. Caine, with his new found foray into the field of independent productions, can translate years of industry knowledge and experience into practical producing techniques.

PERSONALLY
I guess one important fact is that an accidental "friendly fire" gunshot left me a T-1 paraplegic in 2000 so I use a wheelchair.   I don't let that keep me from pursuing my passions which aside from movies and television include Constitutional law, history, politics, military weapons, tactics, strategy and intelligence, weaponology, sailing, kayaking and I continue practicing martial arts (since childhood).

I support our troops especially all of our nameless heroes who are part of SOCOM and never receive public recognition for their heroic actions protecting our country. Please support the Wounded Warrior Project and any other organizations that help these soldiers who have sacrificed so much.

Contract Killers can now be seen on Showtime, TMC and Starz cable network.  Their is no doubt that Mr. Caine, with his new found foray into the field of independent productions, can translate years of industry knowledge and experience into practical producing techniques.
