About Me

I started taking pictures at a young age. I was in elementary school when I chose a simple no flash 35mm camera from a list of prizes after selling a number of candy bars. As I got older I built collages from pictures taken by one use cams. I noticed that the 35mm couldn't capture what I saw. I bought a digital camera but it produced the same result. About 2013 I purchased a Samsung NX1000 compact camera system and was in love. I do a lot of landscape and nature. If I want to pay bills then portraits is the way to go. After nature, my second love is street photography. I'm mostly interested in creating scenes as if I'm capturing a moment as opposed to portraits and poses. I hope to use MM as a means to meet new people with similar visions, hone my skills, and maybe make some money doing what I enjoy.
