They have a placement and scouting agency that provides the talent the opportunity to visit Miami and develop their own carrier in the model industry. Our program is for 2 months offering the talent to create a processional way to apply and get signed by a well known model agency ( which are all located just minutes away from each other in the heart of South Beach) by building a professional comp-card, strong social media, website, shootings provided by FMM, image assistance, make up assistance before some special shootings and castings (taking in consideration American agencies requirements) Also free transportation to castings and shootings. After all this process is ready FMM will propose the talent to the best model agencies in Miami (FMM will not take any percentage of money of any freelance job or model agency contract)
FMM will connect the talent to multiple opportunities such as (commercials, prints, runway shows, promo campaigns, corporate events, etc.) Just to name a few; If clients requirements are met.
FMM is currently hosting the best events at the most high end venues in Miami Beach FL.(night clubs, upscale restaurants, pool parties, etc.) Providing our company and talent the best exposure, networking and positive image impact around the city.
FMM will cover accommodations, travel, free groceries and transportation for model activities; In exchange of hosting four (4) times per week by talent providing the best Image at said High End events.
Talent most show up for 3 hours during the event as part of a group consisting of 10 to 12 (females models only) staying together in FMM designated location/VIP table provided by the assigned venues.
FMM knows and understands that Miami has become one of the top cities and destinations in the world, high profile visitors like celebrities, movie stars, sports personalities, fashion icons, rock stars, etc, etc, visit Miami on a regular basis and a big number of them call Miami home, that’s why Image Management is crucial in this town, which in turn is very convenient for talent to get as much exposure and networking as possible.
