Born in Maui, Hawaii raised in Broward County, FL attended Alabama State University on a Football scholarship. Fought Professional as a Mixed Martial Arts fighter and I am also CEO and Founder of my own fitness performance gym and diet program. I am a certified Strength Coach and Personal Trainer I have a degree in Sports Medicine and Exercise Science I have also competed in Powerlifting, Strongman, and Bodybuilding.
