In previous years, I held a position at Caryl Baker Visage as a Beauty Consultant after completing my course as a co-op student. Being a beauty consultant, my job title enabled me to offer clients a skin care program after identifying their skin type, for example, what cleaner, toners and moisturized would suit their needs. As well as providing clients with the knowledge of cosmetics, helping them decide on products such as a foundation, eye and lip colour that they are most comfortable using. I’ve also done makeup for events like prom, formal dinner and in addition to that, makeup for carnival band launchings.
