About Me

I started in Wedding Photography before there was even a viable color negative film. We used the Crown Graphic 4X5 for a camera [Your digital, what?] The studio that mentored me in weddings was the most prolific in my hometown [Memphis] so I got boocoo experience, right off. Apparently I did well as I wound up with the bulk of the work [One week, did 9 weddings]. Later, I was mentored by a PPA [Professional Photographers of America] Master Photographer in Portraiture- he did ALL the Southern contestants for the Miss America Pageant. I was quite lucky in my beginning years.
Later, I moved to Southern California including some time in Hollywood where I met and worked with many Actors and Models. Weddings were mostly in the past as most of my work was in the areas of Headshots and Portfolios. Later, before moving to Las Vegas, I got heavily involved in ["Tasteful"] Nude Photography and Boudoir [my Artistic temperament screamed to be let out!] and ultimately became Nationally Published as well as locally exhibited.
I moved to Las Vegas in 1994 and am still 'kicking around'.
