About Me

I have decided to return to photography after a long hiatus. I restore and collect large format cameras that use film and wet plate. I shoot sheet film in sizes,4x10,5x12,7x17, 8x10,8x20,11x14,12x20. I consider myself a fine art portrait photographer. I studied photography at Cal and had my own studio in Oakland for several years. I'm a cancer survivor, which has changed a lot of how I see and feel the world. I am interested in pin-up and Hollywood style portraits, fine art, natural beauty.
I photograph more for myself and everything is negotiable. I'm willing to fully release the images to models who need web content. I myself am looking for more lifestyle, casual and social media work. Always interested in helping models with their portfolios.
I am primarily a film photographer but have high end digital equipment. I don't need help with retouching.
