"When Ruben and I discussed the possibility of shooting together, we started on the basis of an art nude shoot, and then took it from there. He was keen on the paint shoots that I do, with the vibrancy of the colours, and randomness of the patterns, and we discussed at length what we both wanted to achieve. His enthusiasm and excitement was first rate. A couple of days prior to the shoot, whilst discussing the finer points, I suggested we add an extra element into the shoot, and that was food stuffs! He didn't flinch from it, and just said "Bring it on"! We had a great days shooting, he shied away from nothing, and embraced everything, resulting in some stunning imagery.
