I've been into photography since a very early age as my Dad is also into and he seemed to always have a camera within reach. I would rather read my Dad's photography books than do my homework. I have always known deep down I guess that photography was my passion. So now some 40+ years later I find myself wanting to pursue my passion rather than work at a job for someone else. Recently I have been studying and taking online classes and am at the point where I wish to begin building a body of work and create a nice portfolio. I believe that being a member of this community would grant me many opportunities to help me reach my goal of creating an awesome portfolio and gain lots of real world hands on experience along the way.
