I'm a fine art portrait photographer. I favor a journalistic, candid approach to photography. The work I show on MM is a glimpse of the artistic process I've been going through in the last year. My ultimate goal is to capture candid human emotions and present them in a visually appealing way.
I started my photographic journey as street photographer, and then expanded to portraits after a couple of years of practice. I often assist an advertising photographer, working both on location and in studio. So I'm familiar with lighting equipment and techniques. In my own shoots I use both natural and artificial light, the choice is based on what feeling I want to communicate with the image.
I also work as newborn photographer in hospitals and as events photographer for a corporate social events company.
