I am a photographer / graphic artist with 16+ years of experience with fashion, commercial and wedding photography. FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do you barter/trade or exchange services (TFP, TCD)?
Yes, certain restrictions do apply. I reserve trades for my conceptual projects or collaborative proyects. Implied nudes or nudes will depend on the concept being worked on (no vulgarity or distastefulness will end up in photos). All concepts will be discussed prior the shoot.

2. Is there payment, concession, milage or diet related to this shoot?
No, I don't pay to photograph anyone or anything despite concept, style or amount of clothing involved with the session. Diet concession will depend on the longevity and magnitude of the shoot.

3. Do you have offers?
Yes, I work with a great variety of genres, and prices may vary from genre to genre or whats being solicited by the client. Please ask to schedule a meeting for a customized quote on the services solicited, free of charge. Our rates are very competitive and affordable and in some cases negotiable

4. Paperwork and protocol
I only work if the proper paperwork is completed. Photography services contracts, bartering agreements, model releases & print releases are the most common documents I work on. The protocol is when the model is in Puerto Rico or the destination I'll be traveling on a meeting is setup to go over the paperwork prior the photo session, then the date is confirmed.

5. Who can I bring to the shoot ? ( Escorts )
I share the same mentality of many of my colleges.The need of an escort implies a dangerous environment for the model. Whereas, If there's a professional environment with a true professional photographer an escort is not needed. However our collaborators comfort is our priority, he or she shall be accompanied by a person of he or her choosing (no boyfriends or girlfriends tho) they are too distracting. Restrictions: The person being brought can not interfere with our work in any way or he or she will be asked to leave. Also the escort cant take pictures within the session specially over the shoulder or in between breaks, unless he or she is asked to by the photographer.

6. Point to point transactions
I understand many models have: agencies, managers, handlers, parents, representatives and entitled people like such, but when a model contacts me or is contacted by me for a paid or trade shoot all transactions and communications will be directed and conducted with the model (for models 18+).

7. Ideas & suggestions
Im a very communicative person, I'm always open for dialogue, creative criticism, and even negotiation upon changes on a concept or idea.

8. Hair & Makeup
The model is responsible for her hair and makeup unless she's part of a collaborative or conceptual project. We have a good bank of talented makeup artists in case the model decides she needs a makeup artist / stylist for her session (the makeup artist / Stylist will advice his or her service pricing).

9. . Cancellation
Each contract and agreement has a different cancel clause for every distinctive type of document, however a general clause is when ever planning for a shoot provides the time frame, cancellation of a shoot must be after the meeting and must be at least 72 hours prior the shoot.

10. Punctuality
One of a models best qualities is to be punctual for a shoot, a breach of 15 before the shoot is more than enough.
