Tushar Mehra was born in Delhi at the end of 90's when everything in India evolving. He discovered art through sketching at the age of 10 what he never understood was how to paint.
From childhood he was interested in painting as a craft but being born in a middle class doesn’t gave him chance to do that & also he sucks in it. So, after graduation he chooses photography which he considered was a less complex form Painting. Getting scholarship from APEX Photo academy for diploma in still photography acted as Catalyst in the process of learning photography.
Now he is been working on Personal & commercial projects and the only hobby he has is book making.
