Hi, I'm Steve. I hope to work with some of you soon. I am accepting friend requests from those who have worked with me or would like to work with me. My desire is to increase, diversify and enhance my portfolio, and yours too! I've loved photography my whole life. I built a studio in July of 2013. I have two (adult) daughter photographers who work with me. We focus mainly on shooting stock photography. Our first work was uploaded to 6 stock photography websites in August of 2013 and it was accepted (on first attempt) by each of them, they are:

We enjoy photographing themes like sports, fitness, food, health, medical, portraits, parts of body (such as; feet, legs, hands) business, education, lifestyle, hobbies, pets, seasonal and children. Please discuss with us your own ideas, we love new concepts!!! Variety! New! Refreshing! Innovative!

Locally, we prefer to shoot in our studio. I always have at least one of my female assistants at each shoot, local or on location. You are welcome to bring an escort to the shoot if you desire. We do not shoot nudes or implied!

TIPS FOR A SHOOT

Don't come tired. Get plenty of sleep and come energized!

Arrive on time or a tad early.

In clothing choices, stay away from white or light colors, unless we discuss it before hand. Bring some clothing with solid colors. Be careful with logos, less or none are better.

Have your clothing ready, ironed and in good condition, unless the shoot is planned ahead of time differently. Make sure it fits well.

Jewelry should be minimal or frequently changed. This includes rings and watches.
Again logos, less or none are better.

Bring several styles and colors of makeup. Unless previously planned, keep makeup light. Be prepared to change makeup styles during the shoot.

Finger and toe nails must be neat and clean. If they are painted, make sure they are freshly painted. Old and chipped nails just don't work. You may choose to bring different colors and some remover, in case your color doesn't match a particular shoot.

Where appropriate, shave your legs and underarms the day before in order to avoid stubble or rash. Use a clear roll on or spray deodorant so it can't be seen on your clothing.

If you have a sudden skin problem such as a rash, bruising, sunburn, or peeling, please call to consult and/or reschedule. Have outfits that will cover up any tan lines.

When traveling to the shoot, wear loose fitting clothing to minimize lines and marks.

Discuss with us any ideas before you come and bring hard copy examples to show us if you have them.
