I always knew I wanted to do hair, starting in high school with giving my best friend bright colors and shattered haircuts. For a number of years I explored my other artistic interests including sculpture, photography, and writing. I enrolled in cosmetology school in 2011 at the Aveda Institute. Upon graduation I entered into an assistant program to further hone my skills. I learned Sassoon-based cutting techniques and worked with Aveda, Tigi, and L'Oreal color. I enjoy graphic haircuts, working with curly textures, and dimensional color applications.
