Heather Deshea has been a certified makeup artist through MUD (Makeup Design)-Official makeup brand for the Miss Universe and Miss USA pageant system- for four years and counting. She studied at Bellus Academy, which was voted #1 beauty school by Allure Magazine, in San Diego, CA. Her experiences with different modeling agencies have propelled her passion. Her makeup teachings began in 2012 while working for Neal Hamil Modeling Agency in Houston, Texas. Since then, she has branched out into West Texas and is expanding her business. Bringing high fashion and industry knowledge to the Southwest is what her vision truly is. Working with designers, models, pageant queens has been her main focus. She has worked on music videos, fashion events, countless photo shoots, and much more. Now, she wants to teach up and coming artists how to expand their talents and businesses.
