I started working out March 2001. I have to thank my colleagues for taking me to the gym and physically active. I encouraged myself to improve one’s health and get a better physique. We all know everyone desires a beautiful physique. It took me 13 years to transformed from fat to fit and a journey that changed my life forever. I’d say I train 6 days a week. I have to forced myself to rest; probably because of the love and enjoyment of going to the gym.

The most fun thing I had done photoshooting, I’d say I got to travel in different places especially asian countries. I met new friends and best photographers. I had the opportunity to model for a Gymcollege Clothing and to be in the iFitness Magazine as well. I was also featured in the Daniel Magazine.

The three important things in your life: First, Love from family, friends and people around me. Second, Peace of Mind and Health. Third, True Happiness.

My fitness motto in life is simple: Find something you love to do and fight to improve each day. If you love to play at it, you’ll work hard at it… No pain… No Gain.
