About Me

Fashionista turned Fit Guru. Spent years in the fashion industry, working the "9-5" and then some, until I decided to pursue a career as a Fitness Professional. As I often say, my personality is too big to sit behind a desk. I currently teach Indoor Cycling, Pilates Mat, and just did my TRX Qualification. I am all about mind/body wellness. The body can be in tip top shape but unless the mind is also kept sharp and in a positive space then what good is the body? The two work hand in hand and I strive to create classes that satisfy both needs. One of my cycling studios has dubbed me their "Ferocious Kat" and I embrace that. I am fierce, driven, and passionate. I'm all about creating positive energy, facing fears and doing what it takes to get better and be the best version of myself that I can possibly be. I feel that images of myself showcase a playful but focused and determined spirit, with a touch of sensuality. I see myself as a strong woman on the rise... won't stop until I'm made.
