Hello, Welcome to MakeupBySLR. Thank you for visting! My name is Shannon L. Ruffin (hints SLR), the CEO and founder. I am a young and upcoming makeup artist based in the "DMV" area. I started my makeup artistry in 2011 while in college; that is when I really fell in love with the profession. Soon after, I began teaching myself and perfecting my gift.
