I was born and raised in British Columbia, Canada. When I was young my parents divorced. My older brother and sister had already moved back to California so we didn't see them much.

As a single mom, my mother did her best to take care of my brother Daniel and I. We moved from B.C to Nevada, California and Washington over the following years and then back to B.C. Several times over the years my mom got back with my dad because it was so hard by herself with us boys. That never worked out. Consequently we never stayed in one place for very long and did not have much of a sense of where we belonged. My dad was never around so us boys learned a lot of street smarts.

My mom and my grandmother are the most stable factors in my life including the support of all my family and friends . My mother is my greatest supporter. The last few years I lived in B.C., my mother took care of my grandmother because she has Alzheimers.

Even though my life growing up was chaotic.... I always thought about how someday my life would be different.

When I was 18 I took a leap of faith and went to Southern California. I pursued my modelling/acting career against all odds on my own with very little support other than my mother back in Canada. I believe I am an example of believing so strongly in what I want that..NOTHING will stop me. I will absolutely succeed in following my passion! There have been many obstacles.... but I always find a way to work around it and keep focused on my gameplan and end goals!

It doesn't matter where we come from.....or what life has dealt us.....we can make new choices and make new changes.
