Fashion Design began for me as a child at the age of 9. Originally, I trained myself to use the sewing machine, and was finally able to attend Design school in 2010 at Virginia Marti College of Art and Design in Cleveland, Ohio. In 2009, Artistik Revolution was launched as a Humanitarian Campaign for Political Activists. During 2010 I coordinated and hosted the Urban Fashion Weekend, in Cleveland, Ohio, which was a 2 day fashion, entertainment and political education event. During 2012, Artistik Revolution was showcased at the 5th Annual West Coast Caribbean Fashion Show, and Barbara Washington's Annual Juneteeth Block Party. Over a course of time my design aesthetic has expanded from restructuring denim for everyday urban wear to ready to wear women's and men's. I have plenty of other goals, but the one where Artistik Revolution is a well known line, with hard work, dedication, uniqueness and creativity behind it, is one of my top goals. When I began ARC; of course, lots of people doubted me, so I was my own model as well as designer. With that being said, I also do model, acting, Performance Art and visual art.
