General Goal: Build an interesting body of work by testing new methods to build a body of work by testing new methods to... and so on.

In 2012 artist Jill.J and myself launched Ponorka Studio, a small private studio in the city of Lowell.

Unique models of all body types for photo essays, narrative projects, collaboration, documentary work, stop motion and short films. I try to complete a small project each week, a medium size project each month and a large project each season.

I also host regular get togethers around topics like: portfolio, compensation for artists,
networking and organizing, to share ideas and help creative people help each other.

Sketch nights happen regularly, with no set outcome we open the studio for an evening of shooting in which the model get's to pitch an idea and we try to make it happen with available equipment. These are great opportunities for people who need a quick portfolio and some experience.

We are also building a portable studio in a vintage airstream trailer for mobile film production.
