Jane the Savage is the moniker for Chanele Hemphill, a New York based makeup artist who specializes in beauty and special effects. Hemphill has worked on dozens of films both shorts and feature length as the Key Makeup Artist and is currently in the process of launching a lipstick line dedicated to making high fashion and street style looks to the modern feminist.
