Nalicia Ramdyal was born in Guyana and ventured to the United States at the age of five. She is a full time college student who is extremely ambitious about her education and the goals set for her future.

​Aside from her studies, Nalicia competes for pageants and she’s aiming to become a professional model and she enjoys being in front of the camera. She is currently holding the title of Miss Woodhaven, the community that she is more than honored to represent. One thing she enjoys is devoting her time being involved in community and volunteer work. Being the determined young women that she is, she never gives up on her goals. Nalicia was a State Finalist for the Miss New York USA 2014 pageant and she will be competing again to vie for the title as Miss New York USA 2015 which she is certainly looking forward too.

Nalicia puts her time and effort into helping others out as much as she can. She is a Women’s Right's Advocate and one of her main platforms is shedding light on Domestic Violence. She has met with many different organizations to take action on domestic violence awareness and she is always looking for avenues to help the cause.
