Hi! My name is MJ Valentine. I'm a makeup artist/ hairstylist/ writer based in Adelaide, and I travel to Sydney and Melbourne for work and play.

I studied at Media Makeup college in Adelaide in 2008-2009, and have been operating my freelance business Darling Artistry for five years. I launched my blog www.mjvalentine.com a couple of years ago, and while I love writing diverse content I have also begun to use it as a vehicle to drive my makeup business even further.

My experience includes extensive bridal work, look books, model portfolios, creative collaborations and fashion. I have collaborated with numerous photographers, stylists and models, and with designers such as Paolo Sebastian, Alexis George and Liza Emanuele over the years.
