At a young age I began discovering the benefits of holistic health through an active lifestyle. Traveling Europe at the age of 16 helped me discover that running and hiking was the best form of sightseeing and that a vegetarian/vegan diet could do wonders for boosting energy and endurance naturally. Since then I have associated and approached daily exercise and eating whole, organic foods with an attitude of “fun” vs. “work”.

My athletic career sprung from a solid foundation of running Track & Field for Boise State University during my Undergrad Studies. Over the past 15 years I have raced and won age group and overall races in 5k, 10k, Half Marathon (PR 1:35), Marathon (PR 3:22), Triathlons, Cycling and other athletic competitions. Cross training with the creators of P90x, P90x2, Insanity, P90x3, Les Mills Body Combat (MMA), Focus T25, Yoga and the nutritional benefits of whole food supplementation have enabled me to continue to race injury free. I also give thanks and credit to the support of an amazing circle of friends/family and my team of dedicated coaches.

My approach to achieving optimal health focuses not only on the foods you put in your mouth or the workouts you do but also incorporates the elements of body, mind and spirit. All coaches I have brought in to work with me on my Ultra Fit team share this mission to support balanced and attainable health at all ages and stages of life. My passion is to make health accessible and achievable and to inspire my clients to live an active, vibrant and healthy lifestyle.

Fitness modeling is an avenue I'm currently exploring that enables me to inspire individuals to embrace a holistic and healthy lifestyle full of positive energy.
