SmartGlamour is a body positive clothing line, based in NYC, of fashionable, affordable, and customizable basics for people of all sizes.

SmartGlamour has three main very broad goals: to empower women + femmes through clothing and help them on a road to body acceptance, to make good quality clothing that is sold at affordable prices, and to cut away at hate that stems from insecurity and the belief that beauty and brains can not go hand in hand.

The next time you need a basic fashion staple, you have a bad shopping experience because of your size, you feel shamed by other women or society, or you have a difficult time finding pieces that fit correctly without alterations – shop with us instead. Change your thinking. Don’t let your insecurities create negativity between you and other women + femmes. And don’t let other people tell you your insecurities are not valid.

We are all born different – embrace that. Own your body – and dress it accordingly.

SmartGlamour aims to present two fashion shows per year, one look book per season, and many short promotional shoots in between. We look for models of every shape, size, age, race, and style - feel free to contact us!

If you are a photographer looking to work with us - please note that per our philosophy we have a strong rule of using no photoshop on our clothing or models. Lighting edits and cropping aside - we will not allow our girls or garments to be edited in order to alter reality. We believe that the truth is beautiful. If you do not feel this is something you can abide by - then we are not a good fit for collaboration.
