Pavlina was born and raised in Bulgaria. She moved to Los Angeles when she was 18 in pursuit of higher education and earned an Architectural Degree from UCLA. The computer drafting was never Pav's biggest passion: an avid athlete since childhood, she thrives in the outdoors and enjoys challenging workouts and competing in triathlons and fun races. Pavlina has a background in dance and gymnastics and enjoys singing traditional Bulgarian folk songs (when nobody is listening...)

Aside from modeling, Pavlina is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and also holds TRX, Kettlebell, and FMS certifications from the Equinox Fitness Training Institute. She uses a lot of cross training techniques and utilizes body weight into her clients' fitness programs. With her experience in working for esteemed organizations including several major Los Angeles gyms, she has developed a high regard for quality and efficiency.

For the past couple of years Pavlina has been working on developing a unique system of outdoor fitness training and currently runs a successful group exercise and one-on-one training business in Santa Monica, California. She is passionate about helping you define your goals…and glutes.
