Hello I'm Michael J Bishop,

I'm a professional dancer trained in ballet and an aspiring model. I am currently living in New York City. I've just returned to the states from a two year International European tour.
I've recently worked with photographers Adkins Boykins (top black models) in London (Covent Garden) and Justin Robinson of JSRPHOTOGRAPHY (various locations) here in New York City. My aspirations as a model are to become a leader and positive influence for those seeking to join the industry. I'd like to show that regardless of your background and social economical status that dreams can and do come true. Hard work and determination coupled with faith and trust can break down any barrier set before you.

I dream of gracing the cover of major magazines, walking is some othe the worlds most prominent fashion week shows wearing some of the most amazing pieces designed by the most influential designers to date and doing this with grace, humility and the knowledge that I can inspire someone else to do the same. Modeling was the first art form that encouraged me to become something other than what my surroundings provided. Because of magazines like GQ and Vogue I know first hand how influential this art medium can be and I'm a product of its positive influence. I'd like to continue that influence onto the next generation of aspiring models.
