I have been a photographer since I was 8 years old started with an old Kodak Instamatic until my dad bought me a Pentax SP2 to do my O'levels with.

I am on a learning spree 41 years later trying to work my way to a Phd in Photography though I am still doing the BA(hons) bit of that as a mature student. I do all my own film development working in E6 and Black and white using a Bronica ETRSi for film and a 7D for digital. My passion at the moment is taking medium format film.

I am currently working on a project with a flower arranger friend taking images of strange designs in odd locations for a book we are producing together. This project is almost done and we have started to work on ideas for the second book which is going to integrate models into the floral art creating a kind of fantasy feel to the work hence the desire to get involved with a network of artists such as Model Mayhem, having browsed around and read some of the stuff on this site it really stimulates my creative juices just looking at some of the work people are doing.
