I was introduced into the modeling world at a very young age because my mother was a professional model. I have done a decent amount of runway work from showcases to department store shows to wedding dresses. I remember always admiring the beauty and poise of models and hoping to emulate that myself. I am now a university student, but I see modeling as a great artistic medium and as something very different from my rigorous school schedule. I hope to follow in my mother's footsteps and utilize all that she has taught me to make her proud and continue her legacy. My ultimate goal is to represent the Dominican Republic in Miss Universe, which my mother was once so close to doing.
