Krysten-Ashley has spent the last 13 years honing her craft, educating herself in every way possible. She has trained extensively internationally, including workshops in London UK, Los Angeles, Miami, Las Vegas, New York and Toronto. Her training with various hair companies includes: Goldwell, KMS, Vidal Sasson, Redken, Aveda, L'Oreal, Toni and Guy, Kevin Murphy, Philip Kingsley, Bumble and Bumble, Rusk, Patrick Cameron, and many more.
Believing that education is the best way to continuously grow, she plans to attend future international events, including Colorzoom in Stockholm Sweeden this year. Specializing in cutting, colouring, styling and updos, her passion for her craft is evident in the beautiful hair she creates.
When she is not in the salon, Krysten-Ashley spends time educating other stylists. As a Guest Artist for the National Artistic Team for Goldwell Canada for over five years, she enjoys sharing her knowledge with others. In 2013, her teaching role increased when she designed a creative program that was selected by Goldwell Canada for inclusion from the 2014 Education Portfolio onward.
Additionally, Krysten-Ashley’s passion also extends to commercial and editorial competition work. As a published artist, she has competed in various hair competitions over the years, including Mirror and Contessa Awards as well as Goldwell Colorzoom.
