An artist first and foremost, Shahenaaz pronounced (shy-naz) attended the Ontario College of Art and Design in Toronto majoring in Integrated Media. While attending OCAD, she also enrolled at S.O.M.A ( School of MakeupArt) where she learned special FX makeup, character makeup, prosthetics and mouldmaking.
