I first picked up a DSLR in 2009 and since then have been slowly but steadily learning photography theory and practicing my skills. In 2011 joined New York Institute of Photography' full course in professional photography and plan to complete it this summer (yes, it took a while between moving to a new country, a job and a family).
My primary focus currently is portraits and street photography. thankfully Montreal is an awesome place for the latter. As for the former, I currently arrange pro-bono sessions for my co-workers to practice my ideas, as well as do some portrait work for money.

I want to join MM and get access to this creative community of photography industry professionals and amateurs - to inspire and get inspired, to share ideas and be able to source collaborators for my projects.
