About Me

My name is Brandon Lewis and I've been in to health and fitness for about 2 years now and started getting into bodybuilding about a year ago. I never skip a day in the gym (sometimes I go twice) and I prepare and cook all my food each and every day. I have a bodybuilding competition on May 3, 2014 in Richmond, VA called the OCB Atlantic Supershow. I'm in the best shape of my life that I've ever been and I strive to progress each and every day. I have a girlfriend, Brittany Conway, that models which sparked my interest.
