Hello, Gorgeous!

I'm Alex and I am a makeup maven. I live to paint faces- and bodies for that matter!

Currently, I am a DFW based Makeup Artist looking to expand my portfolio. I worked for Smashbox Cosmetics for a year and even got to work on a Smashbox Event shoot with the legendary Steven Kahn. My experience has mainly been bridal, boudoir, and special events. I'm not only looking to advance my portfolio, but my talents as well.

I left my true passion for a short time to attempt a career in sales, but as all my MUA brothers and sisters know, the cubicle is not an appropriate habitat for a creative. Especially one who finds such joy in not only the art and application, but the people you connect with. Hard not to when you're 6 inches from the money maker (the face people come on)!

So, now I am coming back to the drawing board so to speak and I am looking to throw myself into my career as a makeup artist. I would love to connect with Models, Photographers, etc. and I hope to broaden my knowledge as well as my network of talented people!
