I’m a Twin Cities photographer, located in South Minneapolis. I have a background in photography doing work in Photo Journalism, Portraits and Fine Arts. Photographing people has always interested me more than any other type of photography. Every person is different, and I'm drawn to working with people to figure out how to best portray the beauty in each individual.

A little about the tools I use:
Just like a carpenter, I try to use the tool best suited for the job. I often use a DSLR, but also use 35mm film and 120 (6x7) film, both color and black & white. The medium I use just really depends on the look I'm after. It’s hard to beat the convenience of digital today, but I love black & white film, always have, and I continue to use it when appropriate. I'm equally comfortable with natural light, speedlights and studio lights. I carefully and deliberately use a handheld meter to determine accurate light readings.

I’m available for both paid and TFP/TFCD work, depending on the assignment. My current focus is to expand my portfolio, so I’m very interested in TFP/TFCD work.
