What started out as an aversion to makeup and all things “girly” as a statement of being more than a pretty face, Arrey Lee quickly discovered what clearly was a natural eye and talent for makeup artistry and modeling. Arrey Lee got her start applying makeup for relatives on date night as a preteen and honed her artistry and skills applying makeup in the highly competitive ballroom scene of the LGBTQ community. Walking and competing for the legendary house of blahnik is also where she was able to cultivate and perfect her own personal style and attitude for the catwalk. As a makeup artist she loves to incorporate her knowledge as a holistic nurse into her passion for natural beauty and skin care. Arrey Lee has done makeup and modeling for Cleveland fashion week, Michigan fashion week, Kansas City Fashion Week, a celebrity red carpet fashion show in New York City as well as countless other photo shoots, fashion shows, and national ballroom competitions winning countless trophies and cash prizes. Arrey Lee has been published in several magazines and other publications, including Vogue Italia online, Pretty Living Magazine, Modern Model magazine, Pearl Magazine, Mod City Magazine, M.I.U.S. online, Snob magazine, Pattern Magazine, Inclusion Magazine, D.O.M. magazine, BeautyLook Magazine the Plain Dealer newspaper as well as many other publications. Arrey Lee has had the pleasure and honor of shooting with some of the nations best photographers and having the most beautul and talented models as a canvas for her artistry.
