I enjoy capturing humanity in its raw form, whether amongst friends, family or urban settings. I’m fascinated with how individuals react to urban landscapes, especially street art and graffiti, and capturing their expressions in the grit, grime, hustle and bustle. I remember landing in Washington Heights, NYC in the late 80's —as a kid; the city was dirty, noisy, and colorful. I had never seen anything like it and the fascination and excitement I felt at that moment is what influences most of my work today.
