Hello to all the Beautiful Dolls!

My name is Marilyn Mendoza. Throughout my teenage years I was having trouble figuring out what career I wanted to pursue. My mom told me that I was very talented in hair and make-up, and I should use my talent on people all over the world. I remember being so excited to pursue my passion. Boy, was I ready!

As I started going to beauty school, I was learning many new things and different techniques. I also won many awards and certificates for hair and make-up shows. My clients would look at themselves and say how beautiful they look, and it would make me feel so good about my work. I also had the honor to meet professional hairdressers and makeup artists like Sam Fine and Orlando Santiago. They were able to do demos for us. Sam Fine, who’s worked with many celebrities, signed his book “Fine Beauty” for me, which I recommend all beginners to read.

Months passed, and I finally graduated from Beauty school and most importantly earned my cosmetology license, thank you God! This is just the beginning and this experience has given me the desire to work harder. I just Love that I can make people feel and look amazing by enhancing their beauty.

My passion for hair and makeup is indescribable. I love my job, and I wouldn't change it for the world. I want people to see my talent throughout my work because it's what I'm best at, and I hope this website can help me do that. I hope you Dolls can enjoy my journey!
