About Me

I was always an athlete in school. Played basketball for high school but didn't for college. I started lifting weight here and there in college to basically look good for girls. I was never really big but I was kind of tone so it helped my image. I didn't really start lifting hard until I started working overseas in Baghdad, Afghanistan in 2008. It was a great way to past time while I was away from family. I went over there as a contractor to work at the post office but it was so boring. The gym was open 24/7 and it was right down from my place. Once I started seeing changes in myself and people started noticing me, that motivated me to push myself even harder. I got another job in Iraq in 2010 and was there till 2012. There I started lifting with Teo Chong and Jeremy Jeffcoat who help motivated and push me. It was all about reaching certain goals. My goal was to eventually be featured in a magazine and help motivate others to stay fit and healthy. People always suggested to me that I should start entering in competitions but I just wanted to help people stay fit. I didn't enter my 1st show until June 27th, 2012 in Miami Florida. I was stationed in Kabul, Afghanistan at the time and a fellow gymrat motivated me to just try it. I placed 6th place out of 40 people, so it made me feel great. Although I didn't win but 6th place for my 1st competition was great. I was addicted from there. I moved to Pensacola, FL after my deployment in October of 2013. Found out that there was a competition in 2 weeks. Since I eat clean and try to stay fit all year around I decided to enter the competition and won 1st place in Men's Tall Physique and also won 1st Place Overall Physiques. That made me so happy to know that all the hard work that I do, all the sacrifice I made, has not only paid off, but was noticed by others. Now I getting ready for the Panhandle Showdown on March 21 and 22. Hopefully I will place there as well.

My goal is to be featured in magazines, commercials, or anything. I want to motivate and inspire everyone to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Because when you maintain that healthy lifestyle it continues in other parts of your life. I also want to do some stuff other than just fitness, such as fashion and acting.

I heard about this site being the best way to represent myself and get someone to notice me from several individuals. Any opportunities that come up, please contact me by email or by phone number.
