About Me

I'm a health & fitness coach here in Seattle. I've had my own business for 1.5 years now and I wouldn't trade it for the world. I love helping people reach their health & fitness goals.

My fitness background is fairly diverse and I'm competitive by nature. My background includes powerlifting, muay-thai kickboxing and over 9 years competing in pageants (Miss America system primarily). My involvement in the pageant-industry is what led me to pursue occasional opportunities with modeling.
