I am looking for photographers who not only I can serve as their 'muse' but who have the intentions of creating meaningful work and building lasting relationships with their models.
I am currently a free lance contemporary dancer and have been working as a figure model ever since I moved to New York four years ago. My hopes for Model Mayhem are to lift that experience 10-fold and allow for the work of these artists and myself, to be carried around the world.
My style has a few layers but one that most visual artists tend to latch on to is the renaissance, Botticelli-esque. Of course, one of the greatest experiences is to work with those who transform my image into something I have never seen before. My perspective of modeling comes from a dancers mind and body, so while posing I use a lot of movement and dance improvisation to find what the photographer/visual artist is looking for.
