Hey there! My name is Jake Akuna and I've worked as a director of film, television and music videos since 2003 and in that time, I've also served as a visual effects artist and supervisor for such films as "The Words" (starring Bradley Cooper, Zoë Saldana and Olivia Wilde), "The Devil’s Carnival" (Directed by Darren Lynn Bousman) and "Jobs" (starring Ashton Kutcher).

I have no specific style or medium I prefer, as long as we're telling a great story and making pretty pictures (moving or still).

Having fun with a project is my number one goal with everything I do and I'm hoping to network with other creative artists and performers with similar goals. If it's not fun, why do it?
