Hi, I'm John! Photography has been part of my day job for quite some time, but most of what I shoot for work are just product images. I recently decided to branch out and start shooting something other than inanimate objects. I found a really great place to set up a studio, and now I'm looking to gain more experience and build my portfolio.

I usually shoot with my wife and/or another friend present (who is also a cosmetologist) to help direct.

I would like to connect with local and regional models for both trade and paid work. Reliability is essential, even for trade shoots. I usually like to do trade work first to get an idea of how well we work together.

I have an established working relationship with a local cosmetologist for hair and make-up, but I'm open to making connections with other cosmetologists in the event my “regular” is not available.

I would also like to work with other photographers and directors. If you think there is something we can achieve together, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. We will not shoot models less than18 years of age. No exceptions.

2. Valid photo ID required prior to every shoot. If your age and/or identity is in question, we will not proceed with the shoot.

3. Once we have verified your age and identity, you will be required to sign a model release form before proceeding to hair / make-up / wardrobe. Please obtain a copy of this release form in advance and come prepared to agree to the terms specified therein. Without a signed model release form, we will not proceed with the shoot.

4. We don't usually schedule shoots with models we have not met prior to the shoot. Prepping a set is not cheap or easy, and our h/mu artist(s) don't work for free.

5. If you have any questions, please ask (preferably before the shoot date).
