I'm a professional and established fashion photographer. I live in NYC and work in NYC and Los Angeles. I'm using this site to look for models in the SoCal area that either need testing for their portfolio's or model coaching. I can help evaluate your current portfolio, suggest where I see things could improve, shoot a test with you to gain a few better images for your book, or for younger/newer models having a shoot as a training session. Modeling and shooting should be fun and is done in a relaxed atmosphere.

I work with most of the modeling agencies in NYC and Los Angeles, so I have a good understanding of what those markets are looking for in terms of imagery. I'm not a casting director or scout but have helped models with their portfolios and made introductions to model agencies.

A lot of people have dreams of becoming a model, but in reality, it's only a very small percentage of people that can make a living off of it. A good portion of the reason is that they have bad images in their portfolio's. I can at least help evaluate your potential realistically or give you better images to give you a better chance. The reality is a model's career is short and limited. An average fashion model is between 16 and 24. If you're older and never modeled and now want to, you've got an uphill battle unless you have some coaching. I don't recommend fashion modeling if you're younger than 16 even though there is a small market for young fashion.

My credentials are built up over the last 20 years. I've shot for Elle, Bazaar, Vogue, Marie Claire, as a few examples of editorials, and numerous fashion campaigns. I've helped many professional models excel at what they do.

If you want to just be a part-time model, shooting occasionally with local photographers because it strokes your ego and you always wanted to be a model... but deep down know you can't... there is nothing wrong with that. My service won't be very helpful to you. My services are really for those potential models that really want to put in the effort and try to make a professional career for themselves. Regarding shooting TFP, I only shoot TFP with a very select few and I'll contact you or reply back only if I'm interested in that.
